Pamela's Products has published a beautifully illustrated booklet that explains how to bake a gluten-free wedding cake, complete with a variety of recipes, instructions for icing, and professional pastry chef's notes!

How to Throw a Gluten-Free Wedding
Shauna James Ahern, author of Gluten-Free Girl, has written a lovely description of her gluten-free wedding. She concludes: "A gluten-free potluck wedding, with a checklist for food allergens? It may not sound romantic...But believe me, it was."

Gluten-Free Wedding Cake Recipes from glutenfree.com
These wedding cake recipes use Gluten-Free Pantry products. Flavors include Old-Fashioned Layer Cake (can also be converted to Chocolate Cake), Orange Chiffon Cake, and Almond Cake.
