Try this recipe for crispy roasted cauliflower. It makes a great side dish, if your family doesn't gobble it up as soon as you take it out of the oven.

This recipe calls for 6 lbs of cauliflower (about 3 heads), which makes enough for a crowd. You can cut down the recipe, if you wish.

Prep Time: :5
Cook Time: :30
Ingredients:
  • 6 lbs cauliflower cut into 2-inch florets (about 3 heads)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2. Toss cauliflower with rest of ingredients in a large bowl.

3. Spread in one layer on a cookie sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Serve warm from the oven.
