Newly Diagnosed? Get a Gluten-Free Care Package

If you or your child has been diagnosed with celiac disease through a biopsy in the past three months, the University of Chicago’s Celiac Disease Center will send you a basket of gluten-free resources, including a gluten-free food guide, support group information, food samples, and instructions on the gluten-free diet.

Since the program's start in 2001, the Center has distributed thousands of Gluten-Free Care Packages to newly diagnosed patients with celiac disease all over the United States.
