Luckily for us, About.com's Food and Cooking Guides have posted a lot of recipes for gluten-free Chinese dishes. In fact, far more gluten-free Chinese recipes are on About.com than I can link to from this page. Take a look at these, and then try searching for some on your own. Just remember to use gluten-free tamari instead of soy sauce, and make sure your other condiments are gluten-free as well.

Sweet and Sour Cabbage

Traditionally, this spicy cabbage dish is served cold, with the sauce mixture heated and poured over the vegetables and ginger just before serving. Here it is turned into an easy stir-fry.
