When it comes to gluten-free fast food, avoiding cross-contamination is key, and here Chipotle shines: "The only Gluten item in the ENTIRE store is the flour tortillas. That means as long as you have them change their gloves there is NO cross-contamination issue. They are SO considerate about changing their gloves when I tell them that I have a gluten 'allergy'," one reader reports.
