Gluten-Free Bacon and Sausage!

Lots of us enjoy bacon and/or sausage with our breakfasts, and the good news is, there are plenty from which we can choose that are gluten-free.

As with so many other foods, though, some bacon and sausage brands are, well, more gluten-free than others.

To learn which ones meet higher gluten-free standards, I recently spent some time contacting manufacturers of various breakfast meats. The results of my research are here:
