Tossed, a small restaurant chain with locations in six states, is the latest entry in the growing group of celiac-friendly restaurants offering gluten-free menus.

Gluten-free diners at Tossed locations can enjoy 11 chef-designed salads, including Caesar, apple walnut, summer, Asian chicken, BBQ chicken, Southwest blackened chicken, Greek, cayenne shrimp, spinach, garden and cobb. In addition, all three of Tossed's "Signature Salads" also are listed as gluten-free, including tuna salad, Tossed Signature Salad and Tossed chef salad.

In addition, Tossed is offering ingredient information for customers who want to create their own salads using the chain's gluten-free options.
