Hasselbeck Plagiarism Lawsuit is Dismissed by the Judge

The Boston Herald is reporting that the plagiarism lawsuit against The View star Elisabeth Hasselbeck has been dismissed by the judge. Last May, Hasselbeck published her autobiographical book The G-Free Diet about her celiac disease diagnosis and her gluten-free life, and she was promptly confronted by plagiarism charges by another writer .

As I wrote at the time, the charges seemed very unreasonable to me. I'm glad the case has been dismissed.
