Last month The Savvy Celiac wrote about Evan Ratcliff, a reporter for Wired Magazine who was trying to see whether it's possible to disappear and reemerge with a brand new identity in the digital age. Anyone who could find him within a month of his "disappearance" would win $5000. All over the world, people were trying to track him down. This week, with a lot of very high-tech sleuthing on the part of his pursuers, Evan was caught after 25 days on the run. What did him in? Evan, who has celiac disease, had a yen for some gluten-free pizza.
If you'd like to know the whole story, you can hear it on National Public Radio, read a techie version on the NewsCloudBlog, or watch a video from CBS News. Also, the folks at New Orleans' Naked Pizza restaurant, who caught him, have written about it on their Naked Pizza blog.

Pizza is one of my girls favs, too. They love to make their own with corn tortillas, and they are great. So anyone who knows Evan, send him the recipe from our blog, http://www.tajspecialtyfoods.com and let him try them, too. Enjoy your articles, very informative. Thanks, Towdy
