The delicious gluten-free recipes that come out of the Notta Pasta and A Taste of Thai test kitchens have long been among my favorites. Both brands are owned by the same company, Andre Prost, Inc., which has agreed to let me reprint some recipes here for you:

Notta Pasta does not have as large a distribution as our A Taste of Thai Rice Noodles. Therefore, it's good to know if [you] cannot get Notta Pasta, [you] can get our A Taste of Thai Rice Noodles in the Asian Section of the supermarket. They are both the same rice noodle."
Pam added, "We are proud to say all our A Taste of Thai products have recently been reformulated to be gluten free....About 99% of our Notta Pasta recipes are gluten free [as are] many in the A Taste of Thai website."
