Do you have an favorite recipe that you’ve converted so that it's now gluten-free? If yes, perhaps you can be the winner of Pamela’s Products' Fourth Annual Greatest Gluten-free Recipe Contest. This year, Pamela’s says, “We’re looking for a recipe and a story. Most of us convert former wheat-filled treats for a reason, something special that grandma used to make, a dessert well loved, or a crazy craving late at night. Whatever your reason, now is the time to tell us.”
The 2009 contest started this week. You can submit your recipe and story anytime before August 16, 2009. The official entry form is available on the Pamela’s Products website. All entries must use at least one Pamela's Products brand product. (The company says, “Don't worry too much about the story, a great recipe with a simple story interests us.”)
One Grand Prize winner will receive a $200 gift certificate to Sur La Table. Two runners-up will each receive a $100 gift certificate to Sur La Table. All winners also receive “bragging rights and the joy of seeing their recipes published.”
