Gluten-Free Soft Pretzels Available By Mail Order

From this week's National Foundation for Celiac Awareness newsletter I've learned that old-fashioned soft pretzels are no longer beyond the reach of gluten-free dieters! The Dutch Country Soft Pretzels company, located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, has introduced a mix that makes 12-14 gluten-free casein-free soft pretzels (salt packs are included). You can also order pre-baked, frozen pretzels.
