Among the problems that can be caused by celiac disease are infertility and miscarriages.

In the Winter 2008 issue of Impact, the newsletter of the University of Chicago’s Celiac Disease Center, Dr. Stefano Guandalini discusses whether infertile women and pregnant women should be screened (tested) for celiac disease.
