A set of lectures by world-renowned celiac disease doctors can be seen in their entirety on YouTube. Dr. Martin F. Kagnoff discusses how celiac disease affects the body, Dr. Gregory S. Harmon talks about diagnosis and treatment, and Dr. Susan J. Algert explains how to keep the disease under control with a gluten-free diet. All three lectures were given at a conference sponsored by the Wm. K. Warren Medical Research Center for Celiac Disease at the University of California, San Diego.
