Start Thinking Now About Gluten-Free Summer Camps

Wouldn't it be great for a gluten-free kid to go to camp without having to worry about whether the food is safe to eat? Parents who would like their celiac kids to have a traditional summer sleep-away camp experience need to start planning for it now. Camps with gluten-free sessions start to put their registration forms online in January. In most cases, once you find a camp that's a good match for your child, you'll need to register directly with the camp and with the organization sponsoring the gluten-free sessions.
